INTRODUCTION

Sainan-in is one of the many subsidiary temples of Kongobuji temple in Koyasan.

Founded by Shinzen Daitoku, a disciple of Kobo Daishi (aka Kukai),
the temple is dedicated to Taigensui-Myouou.
